WWTE's Hotel Best Price Guarantee

Prepaid hotel reservations booked through WWTE are guaranteed to equal the lowest rate you can find.

If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your Prepaid hotel. We will either refund you the difference between the rates or cancel the reservations without penalty. The WWTE Best Price Guarantee only applies to prepaid hotel (e-special rate). FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What are the requirements for claiming against the WWTE Hotel Best Price Guarantee?

  • You must have already booked a prepaid hotel with WWTE. It does not apply to holiday or package bookings, but only stand alone hotel bookings.
  • The completed WWTE Best Price Guarantee form must be submitted within 24 hours of your WWTE booking being confirmed.
  • The lower rate must be available for a booking with identical specifications of your original reservation (eg. same hotel, same date of travel, same name of hotel, same names of passengers travelling, accommodation type, board basis, total cost of booking, date of quote).

If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact you?

  • Fill out the online WWTE Best Price Guarantee form.

How is my credit issued?

  • Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking with WWTE. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
